Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor
• Receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label incoming merchandise
• Process merchandise deliveries in accordance with the store delivery schedule
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom environment
• Work with management to execute floor sets and merchandising standards
• Assist in the execution of physical inventory processes
• Support the store management team with shortage reduction measures
• Provide customer service and assist with ringing up customers as needed

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently
• Engaging personality with a focus on providing great customer service
• Self-motivated with a desire for personal growth and development
