Stock Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise replenishment limiting and recommendation systems to ensure stock levels don't exceed capacities
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the replenishment process to maintain continuous product availability
• Analyse sales data and inventory reports to forecast needs and adjust inventory levels
• Accurately forecast stock levels and fulfilment volumes for budget and operational planning
• Act as primary point of contact for DC operations, inbound and supply chain
• Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to produce and improve reporting and monitoring
• Identify systematic inefficiencies and develop process improvements
• Develop and implement automated processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in technical system design, maintenance and implementation
• Strong SQL skills for database querying and data manipulation
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (particularly Excel/Sheets)
• Experience with data analysis tools such as KNIME, Alteryx, Dataform, or equivalent ETL software

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google BigQuery (GBQ)
