Stock Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze stock movements, aging, and turnover ratios
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess stock
• Prepare weekly and monthly stock performance reports
• Support forecasting processes using historical and trend data
• Highlight risks of stock-outs or overstocking
• Track inventory days (DOH) and stock holding values
• Investigate stock variances between physical and system inventory
• Maintain accurate stock master data in ERP systems
• Build dashboards and automate reporting
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and procurement teams

Requirements

• 3+ years in business or financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or Statistics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP)
• Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
• Understanding of financial impact including margin, cash flow, and working capital
• Experience with predictive analytics and demand forecasting models
