Stock Administration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute day-to-day operations for global equity compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead special projects related to equity administration, including system improvements and process automation.
• Administer equity-related systems and tools, such as E*TRADE Equity Edge Online, including data reconciliations and audit support.
• Perform data analysis on internal equity data to generate insights and support reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, HR, and external vendors to resolve issues and support program execution.
• Support employees by providing education and communication regarding their equity compensation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equity compensation administration for a U.S.-listed public company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with equity platforms like E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO).
• Strong working knowledge of global equity compensation practices, taxation, and compliance.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
• Proven experience collaborating on cross-functional projects and improving operational processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
