Still Photo Technician Crew Chief

Responsibilities

• Manage Purple Hat crew assignments and schedules
• Submit Game Management System (GMS) postgame reports within 24 hours
• Provide technical assistance to coaches, players, and team staff
• Physically set up and break down equipment, including Microsoft Surface charging carts
• Maintain assigned locations throughout the duration of the game
• Review weekly SOPs from Microsoft and DVSport and follow all updates
• Accurately report working hours in the timekeeping system

Requirements

• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Surface Pro tablets
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet networking, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and peripheral connectivity
• Ability to troubleshoot video components, including encoders and fiber cables
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and focus on technical tasks
• Availability to work all preseason, regular season, and postseason home games
• Must not be an employee of any NFL team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with video path troubleshooting and testing
• Experience operating Still Photo Viewing applications
