Stewards

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all stewarding and back-of-house areas
• Assist with waste disposal and ensure proper segregation and handling
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward in hospitality or food service operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle cleaning equipment
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
