Stewarding Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the stewarding department to assist kitchen and food & beverage teams
• Supervise the stewarding team to foster a culture of growth, development, and high performance
• Manage planned deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Ensure adherence to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities for internal and external audits
• Control costs and inventory while ensuring productivity and performance levels are met
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
• Proactively resolve guest enquiries and problems to improve satisfaction and comfort

Requirements

• Proven experience in stewarding operations
• Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style
• Proficiency in using various IT systems and platforms
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service within the hospitality industry
