Stewarding Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and banquet areas
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of stewards to uphold luxury hotel standards
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement as needed
• Coordinate with kitchen and food service teams to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Implement waste management and recycling programs
• Prepare reports on stewarding activities and issues for management review

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in stewarding supervision
• Background in 5-star luxury hotel environments preferred
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Deep knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must be currently located in the UAE
