Steward Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the stewarding team to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen areas
• Oversee dishwashing operations and the proper handling of all kitchen equipment
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment
• Coordinate cleaning schedules in collaboration with culinary and operations teams
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Steward Supervisor or Senior Steward in a hospitality venue
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation procedures, and equipment handling
• Ability to manage a team and work efficiently under high-pressure environments
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
