Steward Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the stewarding department to assist kitchen and food & beverage teams
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries promptly
• Supervise the stewarding team to foster growth, development, and high performance
• Control costs, inventory, productivity, and performance levels
• Manage planned deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programmes to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and documentation for internal and external audits

Requirements

• Experience in stewarding
• Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and creative solution finding
• Experience working with various IT systems
• Strong communication skills
