- Support the smooth running of the stewarding department and kitchen operations
- Supervise the stewarding team to foster growth and performance
- Control costs, inventory, productivity, and performance levels
- Manage planned deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and hygiene standards for audits
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
