Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the hotel kitchen
• Operate dishwashing equipment properly
• Support the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are sanitized and organized

Requirements

• Physically fit to meet the demands of a kitchen environment
• Ability to work long hours and flexible schedules
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment
• Minimum secondary education
