About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and other essential kitchenware for the kitchen and all hotel outlets
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
  • Complete various work projects and tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef
  • Utilize initiative and attention to detail to support culinary excellence
