About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and other essential kitchenware for the kitchen and all hotel outlets
- Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
- Complete various work projects and tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef
- Utilize initiative and attention to detail to support culinary excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in stewarding roles
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing service environments and priorities
- Pro-active, hands-on approach to tasks
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across all department levels
