Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and other essential kitchenware for the kitchen and all hotel outlets
• Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
• Complete various work projects and tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef
• Utilize initiative and attention to detail to support culinary excellence

• Proven experience in stewarding roles
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing service environments and priorities
• Pro-active, hands-on approach to tasks
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across all department levels
