Responsibilities

• Maintains supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, etc. for the Kitchen and all outlets in the Hotel
• Maintains a clean kitchen environment
• Completes work projects as assigned by Sous Chef

Requirements

• Experience in stewarding
• Ability to adapt to changing service environments
• Pro-active with a hands-on approach
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department
