About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintains supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, etc. for the Kitchen and all outlets in the Hotel
- Maintains a clean kitchen environment
- Completes work projects as assigned by Sous Chef
Requirements
- Experience in stewarding
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments
- Pro-active with a hands-on approach
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department
