Steward

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal procedures
• Assist chefs with basic preparation tasks when required
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
• Support kitchen and service teams during peak hours
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Steward or similar role preferred
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to cleanliness
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days
• Valid UAE visa preferred
