About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen, back-of-house, and staff canteen areas
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure workstations, storage areas, and equipment are clean and organized
- Assist with inventory control by restocking cleaning supplies
- Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning tasks
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a similar hospitality role
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness and hygiene
- Flexible and adaptable personality
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
