Steward

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen, back-of-house, and staff canteen areas
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure workstations, storage areas, and equipment are clean and organized
• Assist with inventory control by restocking cleaning supplies
• Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning tasks
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a similar hospitality role
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness and hygiene
• Flexible and adaptable personality
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
