Responsibilities

• Clean and organize utensils including dishes, cutlery, crystals, and porcelain
• Sanitize machines, equipment, floors, walls, and other kitchen and restaurant areas
• Use chemical products correctly according to recommended dilution
• Complete and sign hygiene checklists and monthly sanitation plans
• Sort waste by separating recyclables and organic materials
• Manage recycling processes for glass bottles and other materials
• Identify and report equipment failures to maintenance
• Maintain sector cleanliness in compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Minimum 6 months of experience in cleaning or similar roles preferred
• Knowledge of Food Safety is a plus
