Stevedore

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and store cargo from arriving vessels
• Operate machinery, primarily forklifts and other specialized equipment
• Maintain work areas and equipment, including snow removal and decontamination
• Follow safety procedures and adapt to changing environmental conditions

Requirements

• Availability for on-call work with variable schedules
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day, evening, night, weekend)
• Physical fitness for manual outdoor work
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards
• Team spirit and proactivity
• Operator experience is considered an asset
