Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, and storage of cargo from ships
• Store cargo using appropriate equipment, including heavy machinery as needed
• Execute various maintenance, preparation, and workspace arrangement tasks
• Respect operational procedures and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Availability for on-call work with varied schedules (day, evening, night, and weekends)
• Ability to work in different maritime terminals (notably Matane and Gaspé) on a regular basis
• Interest in outdoor work in a physical, manual, and non-routine context
• Comfort working at heights
• Rigor regarding occupational health and safety
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team
