Sterilization Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment sterilization functions in ABI manufacturing using cGMP techniques
• Clean, prepare, and sterilize small equipment to support media preparation and production
• Process and clean portable tanks and associated equipment
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and MSDS guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all processes
• Work in a safe, clean, and organized manner using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Support team operations through professional communication and reliable attendance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications
• Working knowledge of the metric system
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks requiring dexterity

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• General understanding of microbiology and cGMP
