Responsibilities

• Manage the cleaning, packaging, and sterilization process of surgical tools, sets, and materials
• Monitor the effectiveness of sterilization autoclaves and washers using chemical and biological indicators
• Oversee the correct operation of medical technology equipment and department machinery
• Schedule tool and material sterilization according to the surgical schedule and projected timelines
• Ensure compliance with disinfection rules, aseptic techniques, and management of contaminated incidents

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing (AEI/TEI/IEK)
• Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization procedures, and medical technology equipment
• Knowledge of disinfection techniques and management of contaminated tools
• Previous work experience in a similar position (hospital or clinic) is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours/shifts
