Sterile Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Reprocess medical devices using automated Washer/Disinfectors and Autoclaves
• Utilize a computerized tracking system for managing surgical sets
• Perform physical tasks including loading, unloading, delivering, and collecting surgical sets
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Maintain concentration during tasks while standing for long periods

Requirements

• Experience in sterile services or a similar role
• Knowledge of automated Washer/Disinfectors and Autoclaves
• Ability to use a computerized tracking system
• Physical stamina for long periods of standing and handling heavy surgical sets
• High attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
