Stellvertretung Abteilungsleiter (LEAD)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, coach, and motivate team members to ensure an excellent working atmosphere and high service standards
• Support the management team in achieving sales goals, including digital services and visual merchandising
• Ensure all NIKE standards, guidelines, and brand initiatives are implemented correctly on the sales floor
• Manage commercial processes including stock receiving, inventory accuracy, and maintaining floor presentation
• Support the onboarding and continuous training of new team members to foster a positive company culture
• Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or the consumer goods industry
• Previous experience in team leadership or staff supervision
• Proficiency in both German and English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer skills
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
• A passion for the NIKE brand and a love for sports
