Steel Works Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical construction sequences for pipelines, including stringing, field bending, line-up, welding, and hydrostatic tests
• Oversee the execution of mechanical works performed by subcontractors or direct hires to ensure adherence to project documentation and timelines
• Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring all safety standards and HSE requirements are strictly respected
• Verify the availability of drawings and materials to ensure efficient execution of works
• Support personnel in the correct interpretation of technical drawings and assist in solving field engineering problems
• Monitor progress of works, manage human and technical resources, and provide quantitative data for weekly progress reports
• Supervise mechanical completion activities and ensure all punch list items are closed

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10 years of experience as a Steel Works Supervisor
• Proven experience within the Oil and Gas sector
• Fluency in English
