Steam Turbine Valve Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair, and reassembly of steam turbine valves and actuators
• Execute maintenance and repair work within power plant environments
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and detailed reporting of valve performance
• Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation accurately
• Ensure proper maintenance and handling of tools and equipment
• Work in compliance with EHS standards and risk management practices
• Support safe operations involving cranes and lifting equipment
• Collaborate with international teams and guide local on-site personnel

Requirements

• Industrial mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Experience working with cranes and lifting tools
• Willingness to travel 100% globally and work in different climates
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently under EHS guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plant engineering or power plant technology
• Solid digital literacy with experience using reporting tools
