Stay Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Utilize low-stress handling techniques to care for dogs
• Perform daily cleaning of kennels, cages, and public areas following disease control protocols
• Bathe dogs and assist with grooming needs
• Communicate with clients to build trust and lasting relationships
• Document updates regarding dog behavior, health, and concerns
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and ensure the environment is organized

Requirements

• Passion for animal well-being
• Knowledge of basic animal behavior and group dynamics
• Physical strength and stamina to interact with active dogs
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and follow directions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in dog boarding
• Previous experience in customer service
