Stator Winder

Responsibilities

• Wind, block, and band stator components
• Mix resin and prepare materials
• Clean and set up for heat cycles
• Lead unqualified operators in performing B level skills

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Proficiency with shop tools such as grinders, sanders, and drills
• Ability to lift and move 50 lb. materials
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment
• Career Readiness/Work Keys Certificate – Silver Status required
• Ability to pass hearing, vision, and pulmonary tests
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Ability to obtain fork truck and crane licenses

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with stator winding (preferably step 8)
• 4 or more years of industrial-mechanical experience
