Statistician Intern

Responsibilities

• Critically appraise and interpret complex statistics
• Plan and analyze clinical trial data
• Synthesize evidence using Bayesian and frequentist techniques
• Communicate methodologies and results in written and oral formats
• Work on projects involving data analysis for publications, value materials, and health economic models

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific or mathematical discipline (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
• Proficiency in R programming
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Strong mathematical ability
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree
• Knowledge of Stan or BUGS software
