Statistician, HEOR

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and validate statistical-based custom analytics for pharmaceutical client engagements
• Design and document analytical plans and develop detailed programming specifications
• Coordinate with offshore statistical programmers to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
• Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and ensure unbiased presentation of results
• Support business development efforts by providing feasibility reports and effort estimations
• Manage development work for complex projects using SAS, R, or other software packages
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of innovative methodologies

Requirements

• Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, or a related field
• Proficiency with statistical programming software such as SAS or R
• Strong knowledge of statistical, longitudinal, and data mining methods
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to completion under strict deadlines
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
