About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate AI-based statistical process control (SPC) systems to manage quality and manufacturing processes
  • Identify key process factors based on mechanism analysis and improve data integrity
  • Analyze and optimize semiconductor process and equipment data characteristics
  • Execute FDC (Fault Detection and Classification) activities based on statistical management
  • Drive and execute Big Data-driven AIX (AI Transformation) projects to optimize manufacturing quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electronics, Chemistry, Materials, Industrial, Statistics, or Semiconductor)
  • Experience conducting projects using semiconductor process or equipment data
  • Proficiency in Python coding and SQL for Big Data analysis
  • Strong statistical analysis skills using packages such as Minitab or JMP
  • Understanding of SPC/FDC systems and equipment interface data analysis
  • Six Sigma Black Belt level statistical knowledge
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in semiconductor or display process/equipment technology sectors
  • Proven track record of executing AIX projects using semiconductor process/equipment data
  • Extensive experience in projects utilizing AI and Digital Transformation (DT) for process and equipment optimization
