About the role
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically welcome customers during camper pickup and return
- Personally explain and hand over campers to customers
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of the campervans
- Support the station team with daily tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to assist with physical tasks
- Previous experience in customer service
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Very good German and English language skills
