About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile during camper pickup and return
- Personally explain and hand over campers to customers
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of the campervans
- Support the station team with all daily tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to assist where needed
- Ideally previous experience in customer service
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Good proficiency in German and English
