Responsibilities

• Build and develop the local station in cooperation with central departments and your team
• Optimize processes, including vehicle handovers and returns
• Collaborate internationally with roadsurfer teams in other countries
• Lead and develop the team through onboarding, task planning, and regular feedback
• Manage local recruiting to build a high-quality team
• Oversee fleet management and coordinate with local service partners
• Provide expert customer consultation for various products including rent, abo, and spots

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification
• 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental or tourism
• Experience in team leadership is an advantage
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach
• Very good German and English skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
