About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and develop the location in cooperation with central departments and your team
- Optimize processes and implement standards for vehicle handovers and returns
- Collaborate internationally with roadsurfer teams in other countries
- Lead and develop the team through structured onboarding, task planning, and regular feedback
- Manage recruitment to build and scale the local team
- Oversee fleet management to ensure vehicle condition and coordinate with local service partners
- Provide expert customer consultation for products including myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification
- 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or related fields
- Previous experience in team leadership is an advantage
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Very good German and English skills
- Valid Class B driver's license
