Station Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the location in cooperation with central departments and your team
• Optimize processes and implement standards for vehicle handovers and returns
• Collaborate internationally with roadsurfer teams in other countries
• Lead and develop the team through structured onboarding, task planning, and regular feedback
• Manage recruitment to build and scale the local team
• Oversee fleet management to ensure vehicle condition and coordinate with local service partners
• Provide expert customer consultation for products including myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification
• 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or related fields
• Previous experience in team leadership is an advantage
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Very good German and English skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
