Responsibilities

• Location Development: Build up the location independently in cooperation with central departments and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Process Optimization: Implement and adapt existing standards and contribute ideas for improving vehicle handovers and returns.
• International Collaboration: Exchange regularly with international teams to improve global processes.
• Team Leadership: Manage the team through structured onboarding, task planning, and regular feedback.
• Recruiting: Take responsibility for building the local team and finding the right talent.
• Fleet Management: Oversee the vehicle fleet at the location, ensure perfect condition, and coordinate with local service partners.
• Customer Consulting: Act as an expert for products like myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent to advise customers.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification
• 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or related fields
• Experience in team leadership is an advantage
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach
• Very good German and English skills
• Driving license (Class B)
