Responsibilities

• Drive location development in collaboration with central departments and your team
• Optimize processes, including vehicle handovers and returns
• Collaborate internationally with roadsurfer teams in other countries
• Lead and develop your team with empathy and clear communication
• Manage recruiting to build a talented local team
• Oversee fleet management and coordinate with local service partners
• Provide expert customer consultation for various products including rent, abo, and spots

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification
• 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental or tourism
• Experience in team leadership is a plus
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
• Very good German and English skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
