Responsibilities

• Location development: Build up the station and ensure smooth daily operations in collaboration with central departments.
• Process optimization: Implement and further develop standards for vehicle handovers and returns.
• International collaboration: Work closely with roadsurfer teams in other countries to continuously improve processes.
• Team leadership: Lead the team with empathy and clear communication to promote performance and growth.
• Recruiting: Build and grow the local team by finding talented individuals.
• Fleet management: Oversee the vehicle fleet, ensure condition, and coordinate with local service partners.
• Customer consulting: Advise customers on products including myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification
• 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or similar fields
• Experience in team leadership is a plus
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills
• Driver's license (Class B)
