Station Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead airport station operations, ensuring safety, security, service quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time performance
• Drive customer-centric service delivery, premium passenger handling, and effective complaint resolution
• Monitor and improve operational processes, manage irregular operations, and handle contingency planning
• Oversee service providers to ensure SLA compliance and achieve operational KPIs and safety targets
• Manage station budgets, cost controls, contract administration, and invoice approvals
• Ensure compliance with safety management systems, ground operations manuals, and emergency response plans
• Lead, develop, and motivate teams through workforce planning, training, and performance management
• Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, and business partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in airline, airport, or ground operations
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Must possess a legal work permit in Malaysia
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic operational environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work under pressure and manage operational irregularities effectively
