Station Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and competent ticket consulting and sales at the FlixShop in Frankfurt
• Inform passengers about Flix services and maintain up-to-date departure information
• Coordinate passenger check-ins and ensure smooth operations during bus departures
• Assign buses to terminal positions and manage operational bus dispatching on-site
• Coordinate closely with dispatchers, drivers, and external bus companies
• Distribute promotional materials such as flyers and magazines to passengers
• Actively contribute to improving local operational processes and customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, airport operations, or similar fields
• Proficiency in German; basic English skills are an advantage
• Comfortable using PCs, the internet, and email communication
• Service-oriented personality with strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in stressful environments
