State On Premise Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the VIC & QLD Prestige Account team to build a high-performance culture
• Set clear scorecards and performance expectations aligned to on-premise KPIs
• Build and maintain influential relationships with key venues, hospitality groups, and operators
• Partner with distributor teams to deliver joint priorities and commercial results
• Drive flawless execution of innovation and new product launches (NPD)
• Educate and inspire bartenders and partners to champion Bacardi's super-premium portfolio
• Represent the brand at key industry events, showcases, and trade forums

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in on-premise sales, account leadership, or premium FMCG roles
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of the Australian on-trade and cocktail culture
• High level of commercial acumen with the ability to link execution to sales growth
• Ability to influence internal, distributor, and trade stakeholders
• A leadership style built on trust, accountability, and ownership
