State Manager On Premise - Texas

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the on-premise team to achieve excellence and prepare for future growth
• Manage brand sales and marketing plans, budgets, and strategic initiatives to meet net sales targets
• Partner with distributor leadership to oversee business management, execution, and accountability
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and commercial plans across various sectors including chain, independent, and casino
• Monitor market performance, competitive activity, and consumer trends to adjust strategic plans
• Reconcile and manage distributor investment, brand spending, and activity support

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of on-premise experience within the beverage alcohol industry
• Proven people management experience with the ability to build and sustain effective teams
• Deep knowledge of the three-tier distribution system
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid state driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 30% by air and car
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights as needed for brand activations and marketing initiatives
