About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build professional relationships with client executives and identify unique business needs to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Coordinate account plans for commercial accounts, focusing on portfolio management and selling a range of products and services.
  • Partner with pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, and product development teams to execute deal pursuits and address customer needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with specialty buyers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Implement margin recovery strategies and analyze account win/loss rates to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Design and contribute to sales strategies to achieve targets through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Manage all opportunities within pipeline tools and implement effective pipeline management practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in account management, telesales, or a related field (experience with computers, printers, servers, or storage is a plus).
  • Proven knowledge of Business Development and B2B sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, territory management, and relationship building.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP) certification.
