Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer base and market share
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and finance managers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals to address needs and feedback
- Regularly review sales performance against targets and adjust strategies
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and execution
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the designated zone
- Empanel key corporates through tie-ups and organize hospital camps
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities for corporate adoption
Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Post Graduate or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or similar
- Proficiency in distributor management and onboarding
- Experience in consumer sales (Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, Retail, Banking, FMCD, or Paints/Cements)
- Ability to recruit, train, and oversee Sales, BD, HR, and Training teams
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Metro and Tier 1 cities
- Ability to work 6 days on field
