About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic relationships with Startup Infrastructure partners to drive revenue growth and market adoption of ISV solutions on AWS.
  • Define and execute joint sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs with new and existing startup partners.
  • Create strategic partner development plans and detailed account plans to track progress against partner goals.
  • Engage partner field sales organizations, channels, and end customers to create revenue opportunities.
  • Set and manage revenue targets, working closely with partners and AWS sales organizations to exceed goals.
  • Manage and close a pipeline of customer opportunities associated with assigned infrastructure partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including solutions architects, marketing, legal, and product teams.
  • Use CRM systems and analytic tools to establish metrics for tracking performance and prepare quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Core Cloud Technology Services (e.g., Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, or Networking).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience using data and metrics to determine and drive business improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in stakeholder management, interacting with multiple levels of an organization.
  • Background in Go-To-Market strategy, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Startup and Venture Capital (VC) landscape.
