Responsibilities

• Act as a mini-CEO to identify, develop, and scale new product lines and ventures within Formlabs
• Define product strategy and vision by identifying unmet user needs and high-potential market gaps
• Drive P&L results by identifying new market opportunities and scaling existing business units
• Build and lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, operators, and designers
• Take decisive, high-stakes action across the product cycle from R&D to global-scale shipping

Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial experience, such as building a business or significant venture
• Experience building and scaling multi-disciplinary technology products
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to hire and mentor talented teams
• High tolerance for risk and a strong bias for action
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage complex, cross-functional workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• MBA or experience in a professional consulting role
• Familiarity with manufacturing, regulatory, or product standards in healthcare or life sciences
• Experience with 3D printing technologies and materials
• Proficiency with Tableau or SQL
