Starter Attendant

Responsibilities

• Manage the starting area and coordinate the tee times for players
• Welcome and provide assistance to golfers, ensuring they feel valued and informed
• Monitor the players' flow, tee time, and pace of play to ensure a timely experience for all groups
• Provide information about the course, including rules and regulations
• Making reports through the system
• Communicate with other golf operations staff to maintain an organized and efficient golfing experience

Requirements

• Female, age max. 25 years old
• Min. High school or equivalent
• Familiar with operating a computer
• Proficient in English
• Fresh Graduate or relevant experience in golf operations or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Ability to handle dynamic situations calmly and professionally
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
