Starlink Installation Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH, Starlink, and smart home solutions in customers' homes
• Educate customers on how to use their new technology and offer additional services
• Maintain a clean work area and professional attitude while working independently
• Solve technical problems on-site and adapt to various environmental conditions

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Physical stamina to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions
• Schedule flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in field installation or technical service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot
