Starlink Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Starlink’s consumer subscriber growth strategy and execution for the US Northeast
• Identify and build new customer acquisition channels including ISPs, affiliates, retailers, and local governments
• Drive deal execution from opportunity identification through commercial agreements
• Lead local marketing initiatives including field marketing, community events, and trade shows
• Track and report on subscriber acquisition performance and growth initiative ROI
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to execute scalable programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations
• Ability to travel approximately 75% or more of the time
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in consumer purchasing behavior within rural areas
• Experience in consumer technology, telecommunications, broadband, or subscription services
• Proven track record of building and scaling regional partnerships and distribution channels
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking funnel metrics and conversion
