Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and production processes
• Manufacture components using various techniques
• Identify, document, and resolve technical malfunctions in equipment
• Repair, maintain, and care for machines and tools
• Perform quality assurance measures
• Optimize production processes

Requirements

• Minimum of a Hauptschulabschluss (Class 10)
• Strong technical understanding
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Reliability and strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• High level of motivation and willingness to learn
