Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the technical operations department at the Laurentius Quartier location
• Manage personnel deployment and ensure employee qualifications
• Ensure operational safety of all technical systems and facilities in compliance with legal regulations
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work
• Advise the facility on technical operations, fire protection, and disaster management
• Coordinate construction measures in cooperation with central construction project management

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent training in hospital technical operations, electrical engineering, building services engineering, supply technology, HVAC, or civil engineering
• Profound knowledge in the operation, maintenance, planning, and implementation of technical systems in clinics or highly technical real estate
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial understanding
• High level of responsibility and a cooperative leadership style
• Proficiency in MS Office and specialized software (e.g., CAFM)
• Valid Class B driver's license
